FM->DAT (thanks Rich!). A particularly fun session. Georgia sings "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)", strangely compelling. Really funny "take it down" quiet section during "Rock the Boat". Several fine takes on cheesy '80s standards ("Sweet Dreams...", "Don't You Want Me"). Many really goofy/hair-raising numbers: "Roundabout", "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head", "TV Party" ("Alf!"..."That's Incredible!")...

Ira stops during "King Kong", excusing himself by saying he can't play the song without wearing a gorilla head (a reference to the New Year's 1999->2000 show at Maxwell's wherein the band took the stage in full gorilla costume, to the theme from "2001").

The "Welcome Back, Kotter" theme is authentic, even down to the anecdote: "Say, Ira..." "Yes, Bruce?" "Did I ever tell you about my uncle Norman?" (snickers)

Rock version of "Balancing Act" [!].
